We begin with an in-person meeting so we can discuss your ideas, location and budget.
From there we will begin conception, design and selections of your home to begin to bring it to life.
Following our conception meeting, we’ll move onto getting bids. Once your estimate is ready, we will meet to explain the pricing, construction costs and management fee.
The financing and loan phase will begin and then contracts to begin construction will be reviewed and signed. Next, you’ll meet the build team and have the opportunity to attend the weekly construction meeting with all vendors. Going forward, you’ll also have access to the weekly construction schedule.
